• On taking an assignment we commit TRANSEARCH Russia to carrying out a full and thorough research and work until an appointment is made unless for reasons beyond our control the client cancels the assignment.
• We guarantee to identify a candidate that matches the Client’s requirements as long as he or she exists. In any case we provide a comprehensive market snapshot for further judgement.
• In the unlikely event that an appointed candidate fails to meet the unchanged requirements for the position within the first 12 months of an appointment, we will repeat the search for no further charge other than additional expenses incurred.
